Hey all,
I bought a 2018 Yukon Xl SLT. I am fairly certain it does not have Adaptive Cruise control. I purchased a grille guard from facebook marketplace (while my wife was out of town with the vehicle). She got home and i then notice there is no place to install it. No holes for tow hooks. looking under there, it looks like the part where the license plate is, is an insert. Is it possible to buy an insert with the holes to add a grill guard?

Following.

I have a 2016 and had a deer strike a few months ago, now I'm on this same quest. From what I have read thus far, you will need parking proximity extensions for the two center sensors, and you will need to trim square holes in the front fascia trim to attach the brush guard to the frame. The parking proximity extensions will need to be mounted to the brush guard.

Yes it is possible. Are you sure you don't have ACC? the module for it gets mounted to the frame where one of the hooks would go, which is why most vehicles with ACC do not have tow hooks
