I have a 2007 Yukon drives fine in second and first but third and fourth you will be driving and it’s like it just falls out of gear and goes to neutral. No codes I’m assuming the trans needs replaced?

4L60E? If so, 3-4 clutch pack is wiped. Time to yank it out and overhaul or replace it.

Upstate I’m about an hour south of Syracuse
I know Syracuse is a few hours from Long Island but if you can't find anyone in town to do the work, you can call Gary Ferraro at AAA-1 Transmissions - he's in W. Hempstead, I believe...Chris Kirkonis at CK Performance is also on Long Island so either can help you directly or perhaps refer you to somebody in Syracuse.

For a daily driver that flexes into a moderate performance or heavy duty role, id do an Alto High Energy clutch module, 3-4 power pack, vette servo, sonnax hp1 performance pac, sonnax smart shell, transgo unbreakable pump ring kit plus all the usual stuff (new bushings, electronics, steels, bonded apply pistons, etc).
