2003 yukon denali headlight adjustment

While trying to make a height adjustment on my passenger side headlight with the torx adjustment screw, the plastic housing which contains the gear/adjustment mechanism broke due to the gear mechanism being seized up. Can anyone tell me if this item is available seperately or am I looking at a whole new headlight assembly?

If available, any leads on where to buy?

My passenger side broke too. I jb welded the bracket back together and it woks great. A lot cheaper than $150 for a new one.
