2002 Hydroboost Brake upgrade Question.

I have a 2002 Tahoe and 2002 Silverado and looking to upgrade to a Hydroboost booster setup. I have searched the web and youtube but cannot find the answer I am looking for. I see online there is a booster setup for a 99-2002 and another for 03-06. My questions is will the 03-06 setup work on a 2002. I am planning on getting the Booster and Mastercyclinder as a set from ebay or a local Junkyard. In fact I found the entire setup from the 2004 for $100. That includes booster,master cylinder, petal, and hoses. Does anyone know the difference? By looking at them they look almost identical. I suspect the mastercyclinder and rbooster od length maybe different between the 2 but if I buy them as a set I should be ok or at least you would think. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You also need to buy the power steering pump that works for the hydro boost set up.

Fyi, if I was you I would not buy a used hydroboost they all leak.

Thanks everyone for all the info. I found this link below. It looks like to me if I buy a matched pair of hydro booster and Master cylinder it should work. The brake booster mounting holes and lines are all the same from 99-05. The difference is the Master cylinder and booster mount hole are different. We will see what happens.
