2000 Yukon XL Side Panels with chrome

I'm about to black out my car and i finally have enough time to do so. the yukons that have the chrome strip with another panel of black and then the actually body of the car i want to take off. But i have heard that it have plastic plunge ins and after i take it out may have some holes, also have heard it is just glue and sticky.. Need Help???

Its called demolding. The molds are held on by 3m tape basically but for cars, so no holes. Before you go ripping them off, order a 3m Stripe Off Wheel (Eraser Wheel) so you don't have to sit there with goo gone or whatever and a scraper and scrape it off.

While your at it you mine as well take off the YUKON XL and GMC logos, Which are also held on by 3m tape.
