1999 Tahoe 4door fuel tank???

Hello, My 1999 Tahoe 4 door has a rusted out fuel tank. My mechanic and I have been looking all over and haven't been able to locate one. They all seem to be the 2 door model. Aside from a junk yard does anyone know where you can get one or how to modify an 2 door to work? Would a K1500 or Sierra work?

When you say you checked all over, where was that? Did you check ebay, Amazon and RA?

I found several 4 door fuel tanks at ebay. I would post a link but it was ungodly long. I just typed in 99 Tahoe fuel tank and several came up.

Around here a good radiator shop will boil out a rusty tank, cut out the bad, and repair it. Same one goes back in and works out fine.
