Without any diagnostics, first 2 guesses are Idle Air Control or Fuel pressure regulator. There is a reset procedure for IAC.

Is OBD 1 OR 2? IIRC, you'll need to ground out 2 posts on the OBD connector. 1st you'll get a code 12(1 long flash, then 2 short flashes) then it'll start flashing the trouble codes, after all the codes it'll then flash a 12 again to let you know the trouble codes are done. Long glasses are 10, and short flashes are ones.

I did get code 54 and I read it on the manual it's a faulty fuel pump relay going to get a relay to see if it fixes the starter issue. Will a faulty relay make my starter not start?
