09 Tahoe LT hitch cover

my hitch cover won't stay tight against the bumper, it seems to always be an inch or two off the bumper which doesn't look good IMO. Any fix for this?

I think they started the new style in 2011 that push in and then slide to the side. If you don't use it much, you could put some double sided tape on it

Thats the style I have now, has 2 turn clips on bottom and the top has two slots. The issue is the top of the cover can be moved 1-2 inches in and out off the bumper making a big gap.
