07 spindle on an 05

Just wanted to make sure i could run an 07 sierra fron lowering spindle on my 05 yukon denali. Part numbers are different but they cant be that far off can they?

Well considering everything changed with the new platform in 07 I’d say they won’t work and yes they can be that far off. 00-06 interchangeable, 07-14 interchangeable but not between the 2. AFAIK.
