04 Tahoe temp control problems

Have a 04 Tahoe, auto temp control. Blend door actuator for drivers side was clicking and would not switch from cold to hot. Replaced actuator, recalibrated by pulling 10 amp HVAC fuse, waited a minute, replaced turned truck on for 2 minutes for actuators to sync. Still won't switch from cold to hot. So ordered another actuator repeated all steps, still actuator won't turn. Anyone experience this issue? Even plugged another actuator that I know was good in just to check and it won't turn at all

did you use the correct actuator? it has to be a 100% part match, others will fit and have the same pins but they wont work at all.

Check for proper voltage.
