    I just did this exact thing with my G4's and used the exact resistors from v-leds. What I did was unplug and discard the black box on the back of the taillight, this is the factory resistor. Then using the new resistors and the connectors, attach one end of the resistor to the factory green...

    It really depends on your area and how the cops are. If you say they are kinda strict in your area then I would probably only tint them to the legal limit for your state.

    Well, I took mine off, so I think it looks great!!!! Wish I would have known about the eraser wheel when I did mine, my fingers were raw for days.

    Removinf Headlight Reflector- 07 Tahoe

    The Tahoe's can not be baked apart. The adhesive they use is a really high temp adhesive the will not soften up like the Yukons. Your best bet is to cut them open and epoxy them back together. Good Luck!!!

    Been a little busy

    I been doing a little work to the Yukon lately. I got the rear half of the car interior as well as the whole roof sound deadened. I used RAAMmat BXT followed by their Ensolite foam. I also blacked out my headlights. Here are a quick pictures (iPhone quality pics suck I know)

    You're best off just painting the handles. But I would personally just buy some off ebay that are already painted and paint them to match if they don't already. That way you wont have to worry about the textured surface of your factory ones. Definately dont paint the covers though.

    Off topic, how did you get that color red on your yukon?? I have seen a few random ones here and there in that color red but they don't show that color offered on th GM site, just that sport red color (burgandy metallic).

    I have been looking for one for the 07+ as well without much luck other than a factory one from the dealer. Anyone know if the NBS year carpet kits are the same as the NNBS? I know the floor mats are cut to pretty much the same shape from looking at them.

    Did you check the dimmer knob? Maybe the valet turned down the lights for some reason.
