What I did was basically a cheap temporary fix, because i have two babies under the age of two in the vehicle that should be cool and comfortable. I tried out a product called Duracool. It states it works best if you have 35-40% R-134a in the system. My system was around 40-50% full. I topped up...
The vehicle has 163,000km on it. The problem is the A/C is not as cold as it was. More so when I am driving, i notice all of a sudden warm outside air being blown through the vents instead if A/C. Intermittently, the A/C kicks in but very moderatly, even though the temp is set down all the way...
Im more leaning towards the 6500k. Although I wanted some resemblance to a factory setup I didn't want too much yellowish white. I also didn't want too much of a ricer blue. The 07' up Escalades come with 4300k hid projector beams, common on 100,000 dollar vehicle, the 07' up Denalis come with...
Hey guys im stumped on getting either a 5000k, or a 6500k HID kit for my 07 YD.
Please post up all any pics of your trucks HIDs and state how many K's they are
i have a 2007 Yukon Denali XL 6.2LV8 AWD. Engine has knocking noise for 5 minutes after start-up in mid-temp, cold. The motor has 146,000km. The sound is like a duramax diesel, any suggestions??
Wanted something with a better appearnce than black steel wheels so I got 2010 Sierra 17inch Chrome wheels with Chrome center caps. Running on Firestone Winerforce, and TPMS inside. Now imè ready for winter, and can save my 20inch chrome wheels!
You would need some aerosol chrome polish with some detialing swabs, and a few hours! It's hard enough detailing my Denali grill, couldn't imagine the tahoe chrome mesh!
Change the fluid and filter at recomended intervals, instal a Tranny cooler. Heat is the number one killer for transmissions. My 2007 Yukon Denali comes with an external transmission oil cooler.
I have a 2007 Yukon Deanli XL with Factory reverse camera. First off, i made sure the screen is set to display reverse camera image ON. When the vehicle is shifted into reverse, the warning disclaimer shows on top of the screen as it normally would, but instead of the camera showing the image...
I know on some really hot days, the A/c did come on and on some really cold days the heater plus heated seats came on!, if i cannot program it, then that tells me it automatically operates according to the cabin temperature. Awesome!
Hey guys on my 07' Yukon Denali XL im wondering how do i make the heated seats come on as well as the climate control when i remote start my vehicle, so when i get inside the vehicle is already warm.
Oh god, they'll take a good 3 weeks try to hang on and be patient. One of the slowest shipping services iv'e had but worth the wait! Let me know when you get it, and how it works.
That radiator hose looks awesome iv'e never seen that. Iv'e been really interested in getting some 24" Asanti wheels, how much did you pay for your set with tires instealled, if you don't mind me asking!
Hey Zach!, what I got was the HID Anti-Flicker Capacitor which has al;l the right capacitors, and resistors to solve flickering problems on computer controlled headlight systems. Plug-andplay no cutting at all. It plugs into the ballast.
I bought them from Ebay for only $10 Shipped...
Alright got the anti-flicker devices insatalled, the HIDS work perfectly now, i threw out the capacitor it did nothing for me. Every now and then the left side doesnt turn on but a simple off-then on cycle of the headlight switch and turns on instantly!
Alright I checked the ground, upgarded a much thicker ground wire, grounded to solid bare metal, did not help. Went out and bought a 4700uf 35V Capacitor. Still same problem, the right side is flickering and having a hard time starting up especially on cold mornings or nights. Once in a while...
Hey guys,
Wondering about this great option if I would be able to install it on my 2007 Yukon Denali XL, What is needed other than the mirrors. Also any prices if possible. Thanks
