    Added SWC, DIC stuff works but radio controls do not...

    Alternators can't cause a drain. They can undercharge or overcharge that affect your battery overall health but it won't parasitically drain your battery with your engine off.     Underhood light with pigtail harness from a 00-06 suv

    This is a working when I removed it under hood light from a NBS suv... I cut it off at the connection to the harness. Just need to give it power & a ground. I believe all 00-06 suvs have provisions for this to clip in. My 03 does... $40 shipped... Cameron

    Just started burning oil...

    Check your PCV valve...if it's malfunctioning you could be using more oil. If it only puffed blue smoke once probably not a big deal...if it does so regularly may be an indicator of something else. Cameron

    Used low mileage 5.3 engines can be had for $500 or so. If the truck is really in mint condition than price sounds good. Motor blows...depends how you look at it but I'd be more concerned about the transmission history than the engine. Cameron

    What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

    Dropped off my esky vent caps & esky roof rack end caps for color matching along with my candied tail lights for clear coating. Should be getting them back mid week...can't wait. Cameron
