    Soapy water in a spray bottle sprayed liberally and then scrap the windshield with a razor blade at about a 10-20* angle is a good idea. E ready to have plenty of blades handy and do it in the shade.

    Google the 43R sku and compare the specs above it to what you find as OEM from factory. you might very well have a true OEM windshield. if that’s the case you might need to ceramic or deep clean of the glass like previously mentioned.

    Agreed. There’s also waxes with ceramic properties in them now. Granted I had to scrub less with the CC coated vehicle for the first 3-6 months , but looking back the 10-16 hours of prep just wasn’t worth it. Most cars look incredible after being CC’d purely from the prep.

    Odd misfire at idle on 5.3

    Car has 30,000 miles and zero mods or anything. It’s been random moments when it happened. No rhyme or reason or pattern to discern. Just last maybe .5-2 seconds at most and not to be seen or heard from again for days or weeks at a time. Even a month will pass.

    it happens at idle yes with a warm engine. I've never seen the tach needle move when it occurs. It will happen for about 1-2 seconds. Long enough to notice and look at the dash, and then it's over. No lights, no needle movement. But you know the shuddering happened and it sounded like the motor...

    This never happens while driving and doesn't mimic anything to do with the transmission. It only happens at idle.
