Engine rough
If you're not worried about warranty, get a tune. If you are, wait until out of warranty and get a tune. I don't know if it is an emissions thing or a combination of the flex plate/torque converter used, but the idle seems to be about 50rpm too low. Bump that idle up just a bit and everything...- k-mart

Engine/Transmission Temperatures While Towing Up Grade
Posted this in another thread about towing MPG. I don't know the exact weight of my trailer other than it is 2200lbs unloaded and we had it filled up. I never even paid attention to oil temps. Travel Trailer Towing MPG
Late last month, I towed a 7X16 cargo trailer completely full of totes/toys/general houseware from central NC to Colorado Springs. Weigh Distribution Hitch
Thanks, guys. I picked up an Eaz-Lift with sway bar since the trailer I'm buying is used and already has the ball mounted to the trailer frame for the sway bar. I also ordered a 9" drop shank to get me level.- k-mart

2017 Tahoe - weather proof floor mat recommendations
I picked up a set of 3D Maxpider front and second row. They fit great and do not slide around like some other brands I've used. As for durability, we'll have to see. They do look really nice vs the more work-oriented styles out there... -

Odd noise. Transmission?
Dealer checked it out. They say its either the front diff or transfer case. I do have power train warranty, so it won't be out of pocket. They're setting me up with a loaner Yukon when the parts are available. I contacted my salesman from Carbiz and told him he sold me a truck with problems...- k-mart

Odd noise. Transmission?
I notified the salesman yesterday. He assured me they stand behind their vehicles and to let him know. So we'll see. I did notice yesterday that it had been left in Auto and when I put it in 2WD the noise went away. Did the same in 4WD Hi. Leads me to believe its something in the transfer...- k-mart

I have a 2015 Yukon XL, with 52k, miles that I just purchased online and had shipped to me by Carbiz out of Baltimore, MD. Yesterday the wife and I took it out for the first time and I noticed a hum/whine only when I'm on throttle. Off throttle it goes away. At first I thought it was tire noise...- k-mart
