So ive been running premium 93 in my 2007 denali for nothing? I thought these were required to run 93? If this is true, this is why my catalytic converter is clogged now
I remember reading a couple of threads on here with this same problem. Usually it's as easy as changing your oil. Has something to do with the vvt getting clogged when not doing frequent oil changes. Also could be the cam sensor or the tcc solenoid. All three of these will make your truck do...
Can i use an used fuel pump control module from other years? Also i checked for a new module on ebay but they only cover 2008+. I know that 2007 has a different fuel setup than the 2008+
Ok i just crawled under my truck and you guys are right. The brake cable that leads to the junction is broken. Any good tools to make this job easy? And yes my truck has rust under it so ill have to take out this pedal brake cable and replace it
When i pull on the cable from the pedal i don't see it move at all. The part that's going into the floor board isn't moving when i pull the cable by hand. It's like the cable unraveled from the pedal itself but everything is still connected. It's hard to explain without an video. Could the pedal...
When i was pressing down on my emergency brake pedal i heard a pop on the pedal. Now my parking brake not working. I looked under it and the cable seems loose and not tight. Does it just need to be readjusted?
I just did this on my truck. I ended up using a small saw from my friend to cut off those crappy connectors. Ill go with the gruven maybe next month when i address every hose in the cooling system. But what about the rear? I didnread that the rear heater core has some problem with the line...
Actually you can by using gm dps. It's a reason why some companies like the ones mentioned above are trying to stop this information from getting out and sending fake cease and desist letters. If we had enough interested smart tech guys to get on board we can have an equivalent to forscan for...
If you aren't running the vararam intake then you won't get any performance gain. I ran the vararam and you could actually feel the power gains. My truck easily hangs with r/t chargers. After the intake i raised the first gear rpm wot limit to 6000 rpm and its a blast to drive with this setup...
Surprisingly there were very few flakes on the orifice tube. When it burned the belt i instantly turned off the ac button. I just installed the oil and its running cool for now and no high pressure. I will update if it goes bad before i leave overseas.
Thanks alot guys. Just now getting around to doing this today lol. I will also order the product just fishing has shown me. Didnt know it was possible. Not much oil came from the old compressor. Not sure where it went. I got a used compressor for now. When that came all the oil had wasted out...
I have the compressor for rear AC. How much oil is required? I changed the compressor back in 2021 but added no oil to the used one. So I'm back here in the same boat trying to make things right after the replacement burned up today
Sorry to reply to an old thread , but was this the problem? I have the same issue. Mine is on an 9 inch for my 2008 yukon denali. It has fluid leaking from the abs sensor on the same side. Its an aftermarket sensor. Could the oring be bad for the sensor or do i need to replace the axle seal?
Sorry guys. I found out what it was. I had left for overseas and did an Escalade cluster swap. I didn't notice the problem before I left. I was thinking it was the ignition switch. I had the yellow wire going to the pink wire. On an Yukon and Tahoe this wire is supposed to be discarded. No...
I have a strange issue with my 07 Denali. When I turn in the headlights manually the fuel Pump primes and the check engine light comes on the dash like I'm turning the key on. If the lights are on when the truck is running and I try to turn it off, the truck will continue to run with the key...
Thanks for the video. I left for overseas a day after I made this post and I'm still not back in the States to resolve those problem yet. But I'll be heading back soon. Do you happen to have the part number to the rod? Also since I'm taking down the valve body are there any easy upgrades I can...
No I didn't check. I'm assuming the worst right now. I'll get under the truck later and verify that it's in the correct position. Do you have a link on your post about it?
