    So did I, I loved the look of where this was going but the pain and hassle of pulling both headlights and uncorking the lens more than once makes me real gun shy. Think I'll just stick with the "Switchback-DRL" mod and be happy with that. Sorry.............:mfr_closed1:

    Project on "HOLD" till I rethink this a little more as you've all made some valid points here. I have a spare set of headlight buckets that "might" be a candidate for this. That way if the LED tubes go out I can switch back to my other headlights........to be continued.

    I bought a 2011 Tahoe that did have a OEM AM/FM standard radio, it had been changed out to a Nav/Radio system. My USB in the console doesn't work and was told it had to do with the swap out of the radio, any truth to this and is there a way to get the USB to work ?????? Thanks

    Ok guys, not to muddy up the waters but VipMotoz/eBay now offers these DRL housings with HID's preinstalled. With that being said, I'd have to assume HID bulbs will/do work in these housings. I'd find it hard to believe that they'd redesign anything special to accept HID's as that just drives up...

    I kinda have to agree, the pic confirms my worst fear is laid to rest on the cut off. I'm in for a pair of these. I'd still like to hear some feedback on swapping out for LED lights as we all know the Tahoe has little to no room on the back side for LED's sporting fans or big heat sinks, etc...

    Adding an additional battery '15 Yukon XL

    Different year (2011), but I installed a second battery in the secondary tray (driver side) and ran the new cables to the passenger side battery, helped allot in available power for winter starting and running accessories.

    Bought a used 2011 Tahoe LS that had the NAV unit in it but was told that it didn't come from the factory with it, so it's an afterthought install. On boot up it has the Chevy Bow Tie Logo and says BOSE in the lower corner, but there are no markings on the exterior bezel such as DVD, BOSE etc...
