After searching on here, other forums and amazon reviews/questions. I am not 100% sure what part number to use for the 5100's. I know this has been asked a bazillion times however I seem to be getting different part numbers. Maybe a sticky might help myself and others?
Id second that, shocks arnet designed to handle load, they are designed to keep the wheel on the road.
Springs support load. You can also look into the air bag helpers that go inside the spring and can be adjusted to the laod.
im not sure of the numbers but you can use shockwarehouse.com to calculate it out.
I will say pretty much everything I have read says to go with the Bilstein over the ranchos. Hope that helps
New springs are great and may be needed, however might I suggest the air bags you insert into the springs and can add air when you have a heavy load? I just put them in my buddies NNBS Denali for hauling his boat, it made a night and day difference. I think the kit is about 100 bucks and takes...
Ok so in order to retain a softer ride I am thinking about going with your typical keys up front and just the z71 springs out back. However I want to add a 1.5" body lift from a Silverado (from what I read they have enough pucks just not the proper bolts needed? can any one confirm?) to get the...

Man that looks really good! Thanks for the before and after pics. If you swap the tires can you post pics? I swore when I sold my XJ I would stay stock but that idea got old fast.
Just curious, you said, "has a good charge." Have you tried jumping it? Pretty common that you can have enough to turn all the lights on but not enough to turn the engine over. How was a good charge determined?
If you are getting a "click" then your getting power to the starter...
Id double...
OK so, no where you can go within your sub forum and just look at lifts of your rig to get an idea of what you want?
Just my opinion but I think It would help a ton of people out and heavily reduce the repeated questions that seasoned members get tired of.
Hey Im really curios about this, I am new to this site. I am coming from a cherokee and obviously the cherokee forums. I have been pretty lost/frustrated that there isnt a particular "lift thread" and "wheel thread". Something with just a bunch of different pics with specs. I have found this...
Looks like these http://www.ebay.com/itm/20-inch-grey-machine-2014-2015-GMC-Sierra-1500-Yukon-Denali-OE-replica-wheels-/272064611203?hash=item3f58508383:g:JYkAAOSwv-NWX8PJ&vxp=mtr
