    Brake issue on 99 yukon

    So my brake pedal is acting weird! When i push on it there is an air leaking sound coming from pedal area. Very hard to push pedal in. I still have brakes but requires a large amount of pressure to do it. Is my master cylinder going out? Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk

    I got this code today. But i dont see how it could be causing the engine problems i am having. At low speed. <30 mph the motor almost stalls. Rpm will drop from 2k to 1k and back. Once i hit 30 it goes away. Any thoughts? Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk

    I currently have it back in the a arm and lifted with my hydraulic floor jack by lifting on the shaft of the ball joint. Still not moving!

    Ok so I recently purchased a 97 gmc Yukon I am currently trying to replace the lower ball joint. It was so shot that it came out of the a arm! Now I am having trouble removing it from the hub. any ideas? I have pressed and mechanically agitated it and it will not move....

    What size socket do i need to remove the hub nut? I thought it was 1 1/4 inch but that is to small. This is on my 97 yukon.

    Several issues with 97

    I finally had time to work on the Yukon again. I pulled the IAC and it was very dirty. I decided to pull the throttle body as well and it was dirty as well. After cleaning everything and replacing she idles much lower. Running better with new plugs and wires as well. on to the brake booster.

    Tahoe 98 having trouble starting.

    I had a fuel pump in my 98 that would not start the engine but would run just fine after a shot of starting fluid. Takes more pressure to start the engine than to run it.

    Well it is snowing today but i have been trying to locate a vacuum leak. No luck so far. I did pull the vacuum line from the brake booster and the engine reved higher. Strong vacuum at the booster.

    I will definitely look for vacuum leak, my brakes are acting like the power booster is out.... So vacuum could definitely be the problem. I do not remember the code, had it read at parts store. I will be going back tomorrow so I will post the code then. I only use ac delco as I learned that...

    I have a 97 Yukon. It idles very high, popped misfire code on cylinder 6. I am in process of changing wires and plugs. Popped code for over rev. Any ideas what would cause that?
