Best way to enable WiFi while in Europe (for GPS, TVs, etc.)

@Vladimir2306 Все прочитал. Очень изысканно все расписано за что автору респект. I'll keep the rest in English as to not get banned. Thanks for sharing. I am finally getting some free time to revisit this issue and will attempt to replicate with MMB Max 4 as I want simcard capability. What...

Best way to enable WiFi while in Europe (for GPS, TVs, etc.)

I was hoping to avoid connecting anything to Hdmi ports due to its awkward position and it is a matter of time until rear passanger bumps into it and snaps the port. Maybe I need to buy 90 degree hdmi cable, but then I also need to find a way to draw power so the wires are not all over the...

Best way to enable WiFi while in Europe (for GPS, TVs, etc.)

Ну я прям приуныл после прочитанного. I was was, however, able to connect the car to a Hotspot and use Spotify, native Google maps, and pretty much everything on main screen. However, rear entertainment does require onstar.

Best way to enable WiFi while in Europe (for GPS, TVs, etc.)

Just moved to Germany with my 2023 Yukon with rear entertainment. Since OnStar is not available here, I am looking for a way to still use onboard Google maps, Spotify, etc. and rear entertainment system. I am thinking about setting up mobile hotspot either plugged into USB-C, cargo 110v, or...

Weird noise from the rear. Cant fugure it out.

2010 Tahoe LT. Weird alternating whining noise likely from rear righr wheen, but unsure. The noise is fairly low, but loud enough to hear. It does not always happen making troubleshooting harder. Alternating whining noise only at low speeds. At high speed, and again only sometimes, it turns...

    What diagnostic software?

I am thinking about upgrading my old 2010 Tahoe to 2021 Yukon or 2021 Suburban. What diagnostic software works to the same level of GDS2 and Tech2 on these newer vehicle? I currently mainly use Tech2 on my Tahoe with VXDIAG Nano and it works great, but can't find anything that is equal for 2021+...

Crumbling noise from throttle body area when cold

Tried today to rev it a bit and the noise stays constant. Driving on highway in 20 degrees today it seemed like there is a sporadic power loss (feels like hitting strong head winds). It does seem like a throttle body related. I put my eat on throttle body today and almost certain that it is the...

Crumbling noise from throttle body area when cold

I didn't get much love here and still trying to troubleshoot. Since last code reset, all seems to be working fine but it was warm outside. Today it got to about 20 degrees and the truck, while did not give out any errors, was idling rough while cold and this crumbling noise was coming from...

Went into the limp mode, again!

Back again. A few days ago when asking for help regarding T's replacement, I mentioned that my truck went into reduced power mode and TCS error with engine light on. Upon Tech2 scan, three ECM and one EBCM codes popped up and all were pointing to throttle body being closed. I ended up replacing...

    Aftermarket Radio Depth Clearance Question

When I installed double-din years ago, I cut out plastic bracket inside, all the way back, of radio cuddy which made fitting a huge harness to retain all OEM controls much easier.

What is this line that leaks?

After some prolonged absence and a quite few repairs, I need some help again. After some extreme cold in Colorado, I had to replace the throttle body sensor as truck went into limp mode. All went well, but when deep under the hood I realized I have a small coolant leak from a line pictured. What...

Seat heating element replaced, but issue persists. Now what?

Bad news. No module. Fuse 24 is good. Perhaps the module is only on heated/cooled seats where I only have heated. Took passenger seat out and only found two modules on the floor, which appear to be park assist (first 3 pics). Tried disconnecting heating elements one by one (top then bottom) and...

Seat heating element replaced, but issue persists. Now what?

Whoa, man! Thanks much. Ill take it all apart again to check it out. I did see this module anywhere (did not pay too much attention) and hopefully this burnt pin issue is not just for 07-09.

Seat heating element replaced, but issue persists. Now what?

Thanks. Will check it out. When taking the seat out, I did not see anything unusual with the harness but id not look at the pins. I read somewhere that it might also be the door switch, but not sure how that can be related since it seems to work but then deactivate few minutes later.

Seat heating element replaced, but issue persists. Now what?

Passenger side lumbar heating stopped working years ago. I never worried as I stayed in hot climate. I am getting ready to move to Colorado and went ahead to fix it. Took everything apart and lumbar heating element did not have continuity (seemed broken in one spot as wiggling one part of the...

    Seat heating element replacement.

Few topics on this here and there, but my question is whether bottom and top heating elements somehow interconnected where when one is faulty the other one also stops working? Long story short, my passenger heated seat went out long time ago. I did not care much as down south it does not matter...
