    Sorry, just saw your question about the trans pan, I like it very much, great quality, holds a bit over 2 extra quarts of fluid and will give protection in case you run over something, the OEM pan is way too thin and will not hold up to any impact. Would use this pan again in a heartbeat.

    Even if you do not do your own work, suggest you get an aftermarket pan with a drain plug installed if you have fluid and filter changed, then you can perform an easy drain and fill without the filter every 15k miles. Anything to lengthen the transmission lifespan would be wise.

    I keep 2 spares in my truck, one for me and one for the other truck on the side of the road I see stranded! Less then a 10 minute swap on the side of the road with a few wire ties to keep the module supported until you have the time and tools to properly mount the module on the bracket.

    Post May 2024 engine builds are still failing, not sure the numbers but it appears to be similar to the recalled engines. Even replacement engines have been failing as well. Not an ideal situation for owners.
