    annoying issue with one of my HIDs

    one of my hids works when it wants to, sometimes wont turn on what so ever, when it does turn on it will flicker like crazy till it warms up and works fine. would this be the ballast? all connections are perfect.

    driving in town at night wasnt so bad, with the street lights and all. i took my truck out to the track last night. bunch of windy roads out in the middle of nowhere. and i couldnt see a goddamn thing. my high beams are maybe half of what a normal cars low beams are.
