    2000 Escalade A/C fan problem

    ok in my 2000 escalade the A/C itself works fine except for the fan, when i put it on HI speed the fan doesnt work and no air comes out, all the other settings work except for the HI speed...what is the deal, do yall think i need a whole new switch panel?
