    I've been reading your write up, when you painted the inside housing did you have to use high temp paint? If not I would like to paint mine the same color as my tahoe, would look good with the SS bumper cover and painted grill.

    Looks like you are the only one getting bent out of shape, it was a question, if you have nothing to say to help no need to comment. Some times it could be some something simple to fix a problem, that's why we ask questions, why spend 2k when you can spend 200.00..

    Nephew has a 2004 Sierra Denali, the engine light came on but there is no power to the OBD2 port so I can pull the code? His truck went into limp mode and had to tow it home, I did the 10 second reset and drove it and it was fine. Any idea were the fuse it to the port?

    Jesus, add antifreeze! lol I am losing antifreeze from somewhere, the motor only has 1500 miles on it, I thought my low coolant sensor was bad, it never overheated, I added a gallon of antifreeze and it's still a little low. I checked all fluids and nothing it leaking.

    Above your head while in the drivers seat there is a small vent with a fan in it (looks like a speaker vent), sometimes the fan will vibrate, took me forever to figure it out on mine.lol
