No- my comment is dripping in sarcasm as GM doesn’t seem to want to sell the bench seat in any configuration that includes even the slightest bit of options or upgraded motor.
I had a set of new Nokian Hakkapeliitta R2’s on a 2018 Audi Q7 and from everything I had read about them, I truly wanted to love them. What I found was while they were significantly better than any all-season tire from past experience in the snow, they still didn’t compare to the Blizzak DMV-2...
The Blizzak DMV-2’s are the GOLD STANDARD for snow tires for SUVs.
Source: I accumulated approx 400,000 miles in 15 years of field sales driving medium to large SUVs with these tires mounted in some of the most-extreme winter climates in the CONUS (Dakotas, MN, WI, UP of MI, etc).
Awesome!!! I’d love to see some photos of your rig with the KO3’s mounted as I haven’t seen them “in the wild” yet. The ride is still great and if anything, is no different than the 21’ and 22’ Yukon short wheelbase Denalis I owned which had 22” rims
@AliBaba my Yukon XL has the air ride suspension. My feedback is the oversized LT tires look great, perform off-road great, but ride quite stiff and my mileage has taken a 3-4 MPG hit vs my winter tire setup. I still love them and would do it again!
What battery have you all used as a replacement? Just another OEM from the GM Accessories website? They have 15% off right now and I have some points to burn too.
Add my 2024 Yukon XL AT4 to the passed list. They completed the inspection today.
The service advisor’s maddening “now you know the oil is essentially the same as the Corvette and will cost a lot more” message made me want to punch him in the face an kick the GM CEO in the ******!!! Thanks GM...
I was hauling my boat up to the yard for storage yesterday and only had a little less than a quarter tank. The trip was about 35 miles and by the time I was a few miles away from the exit, the gas light came on and it stated I had 27 miles of range. No big deal, I thought, as I was literally 1.5...
No- the surcharge is legit from GMPP a required for “oversized tires” as I recall it written in the agreement I signed on my 2024 AT4 XL. I don’t recall language around a lift but perhaps they changed it.
I believe even if you don’t have non-OEM tires, the fact it’s an AT4 will still result in...
Odd: I went into the GMC app today and my 2024 Yukon XL with the L87 engine no longer shows a recall. Huh. What’s with that?!? It had the first recall noted and I received the first letter in the mail.
@jfoj WOW is that ever a thorough and comprehensive write-up! It’s posters like you why these forms are so valuable! Thank you for taking the time to provide your wisdom on this topic, as well as all others.
SOFA KING STUPID: GMC still won’t sell you an AT4 with head up display and second row bench!!!
AT4 8-Passenger Premium Off-Road Package, includes (UKL) Super Cruise, (NHT) Max Trailering Package content, (Z6E) Premium Capability Package with Active Response 4WD content, (C3U) power sunroof...
