    Went to the pick and pull to get a rear HVAC case and a few interior pieces and come back with way more then planned. Picked up some Denali center console pieces to redo, a brake controller harness, owners manual and some other odds and ends.

    Coolant leak

    I've had this truck for about three years and the coolant system is the last major refresh I need to do. The water pump is about 4 years old from the Carfax records. All the hoses look and feel good but it might be time to go ahead and tackle this now.

    Thanks, I'll have to look at it again. It's an 05, 6.0L with 123k. Is the cross over pipe that little one in the circle? I checked the oil, looks great with no milkiness.

    Thank you! I found this search for a few hours last week. Great info. I'm going to head to the junk yard and see what I can find. I like to take things apart there first to see how hard the task is and practice before messing anything up on mine.

    Started investigating why the rear A/C would blow cold. Looks like the blend door is broken.

    Is it possible to to get the door out and a new one in without taking full assembly apart? I have this same issue but dont have the means to work with any freon.

    For the last six months or so, I had a small leak from the hydro boost. Pulled and replaced two gaskets. Test drove today and no leaks and the pedal feels just a little stiffer.

    Refreshed the headlights and turns signals. They weren't terrible to begin with but they looks so much better now. It really makes a difference in how old the truck looks when they are cleaned up.
