What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?
Replaced oil pan gasket, upper and lower ball joints, front shocks, torsion keys, rear springs and I attempted to replace my rear shocks but the rough country kit I got didn't work! The aluminum insert didn't fit into the bushings. Also I still see oil leaking, but it's coming from somewhere...- dwinters14

Trans Question - Rough shift 1st and 2nd gear
Yes that is exactly what I've noticed. Slow speed driving first gear is clunky and it revs out. 2-4 is smooth as butter. I'm almost wondering if it's as others have said, that the first gear is designed that way as I notice the torque and get-up-and-go is quickest in first gear. If I punch it...- dwinters14

OEM Suspension?
I don't want nivomat replacements, I just want an OE suspension setup that came on the Yukons that is cheaper than the bilsteins... if that makes sense. I've had bilsteins on my cars before and I love them, but I want this truck to be a budget build because I need it for work.- dwinters14

OEM Suspension?
I'm looking to replace the aftermarket suspension on my 03 Yukon as they a little sagged and soft. I want to lift her between 1-3 inches. It does. Stock height is 77". The shocks on the back are blue, I don't know if that's the standard colour. So does that mean what my transmission is doing is normal?- dwinters14

Okay I attached the little card that's in the glove box. I have to decipher it. In terms of the ride, I measured 33 1/4" between the rear fender and the ground, 32 7/8" from the front fender to the ground and approx 70" tall to the roof, not the rack.- dwinters14

It'll hang high in the revs, and then shift and it's a bit clunky. I just drove it today and it was a lot smoother so I'm not too sure. The previous owner had the truck for less than 1k miles so if someone did do it, it would have been a few years ago. Once I get my tags I'm going to her up...- dwinters14
