    Some tires quickly develop flat spots after sitting. When they warm up the shake goes away. That is about the only explanation that makes sense. Loose steering components don't come and go.

    Those aren't bump stops. Those are supposed to be touching. Basically they are part of the torsion bar dampening.

    Headlights Always On

    So not only is the LED strip not the DRL on my 16 LS but the halogen projectors couldn't be any worse. They are the worst headlights I've ever seen. My 04 headlights are sooo much better. I think they actually have candles in the housing.

    It's not supposed to be sealed. Just like a sunroof its going to have water flow through it. Keep the drains clean and you will be fine. I just use a tie wrap (zip tie) to make sure the holes in the bottom of the door are clear to flow water.

    I've changed the actuator without taking out the console. The lower cover is more of a pain than the actuator. You have to remove BOTH front seats to remove the console. I think it's 2 10mm bolts on the front under the cup holder and the seats hold down the sides.

    Hot like the heater is on or just like the ac compressor shut off? Check your ac belt and tensioner. The belt may be slipping under load.
