So were the wheel spacers necessary?
Don't misread this. I like the look but I don't really trust them plus the front hubs are so failure prone anyway without the added stress of less back spacing.
I use Moog on all my customers vehicles. That being said I bought Delco lowers for my truck and after installing them I wasn't able to grease one of them. I don't know if they weren't drilled all the through or what but now I have to change one again.
So Moog for OE replacement or the RCX look...
Same boat as you brotten.
About to level mine out too with that size tire.
I've been lowered for 5 years now.
Not having and problems with stuff wearing out. Just time for a change.
Just my 2 cents.
Very happy with my BlackBear tune on my 04.
Very happy with my tune I had on my 08
Getting one a tune eventually for my 2016.
I can't really comment on the canned tune route but price wise I think they are fairly close. BlackBear has lifetime updates and it is matched to...
Trucks looking good.
I was planning the 03+ Sierra bumper and grill on my Yukon until I ran across the deal for my Silverado front clip.
What size tires are you running?
And just to reiterate you are just running lift keys, Z71 rear springs with lift spacers, and a set of 1.5" rear wheel...
Shouldn't really matter.
Are the lines outside getting cold but not blowing cold air inside? Like a possible blend door problem?
Is the compressor clutch engaging?
With the compressor off and before you even start the truck you should have around 100 psi static pressure. If not you are low on freon.
I'm not too familiar with the "parts" store can and gauge setup so I don't know what the max pressure it shows.
Is the throttle body clean on the inside?
Its possible that the pedal sensor is showing 0 and the tps is showing something different because the throttle plate cannot set in the position it wants to because its dirty.
Check it with a true voltmeter.
Those stepper motors in the gauge cluster are famous for breaking.
And hopefully the Autozone guy told you 14 volts not amps.
If that's true then it's most likely a bad stepper motor.
Anyone have pics of a 00-06 with a spindle lift and OEM NNBS or K2XX 20s?
I know the spindles increase the track width but I would like to see how much.
I'm just thinking a key only lift won't be enough for me so I think I want to go with spindles and maybe a slight t bar crank from the...
Mine does that and I don't have a check engine light on. My evap system works fine.
Find out what the check engine light represents before you just change parts.
Legal here in Louisiana is only 40% on the front windows.
Which to me isn't enough. I have 20 on my front doors on my 04 but the thing I've been the most happy with is putting 50 on the whole windshield.
Illegal yes. But well worth it.
I don't think there is anything to "help" the ride. Michelin tire's supposedly ride better. What size wheels do you have?
Mine rides rough on OE 20s.
Feels like my lowered BMW without the handling benefits. :emotions34:
Can you send me a paypal invoice for this kit with the rear endlinks?
And you said this qualifies for the Belltech discount right?
2016 Tahoe 2wd 5.3 no Autoride.
Thanks.
I'll pm you the email address.
Thanks.
NORCAL - I'll be contacting you later tonight about ordering my kit.
Motorswin - I found a few pics of stock height 2015s on 22s on butler tire's website.
I'm going with 22s on my 2016 after I lower it. It's my wife's daily so for ride and functionality she doesn't need 24s.
