    The bottom of the radiators will build up gunk and debris. My 99 Silverado radiator with 265k (original) got swapped out when I did a 5.3 swap, and the bottom 4" maybe was blocked off with gunk. I took a photo, I'll see if I can find it... Probably a good idea to pressure wash the radiators...

    Those temperatures are fine, especially since you say the peak temperatures go back down after cresting the hills/mountains. You can always install a larger aftermarket transmission external cooler. Maybe consider lowering slightly the electric fans cut-in temperatures on the tune.

    You've got a GMT400, actually... Why are you asking that? Have you tried cranking it to see what happens? That may have been the first years of the BCM, IIRC. I recently parted out a GMT400 2000 K3500 OBS truck and those did not have a BCM. Your body style are the only GMT400 with a BCM.

    There's no "break-in" procedure for the heads AFAIK... That's only for piston rings/cylinder bores after a rebuild (or a brand new engine build), but I don't even know if they even specify that on new vehicles anymore?

    Lean on idle that improves (especially if only one bank) points to a vacuum leak. I didn't see all the data, some of it had glare. Just post the values at the rpm.
