    Door Latch Cable Release Tool

As I'm pulling my door panels off and on (replace the mirror, replace the arm rest, replace the window regulator...soon to be replacing the door handles and maybe even upgrading the speakers) I've been using needle nose pliers to pinch the door handle cable. Of course it's a pain in the ass so...

    Side Mirror Options

Is there a way to look up the options a sideview mirror has? It's off my 2011 Yukon. Power adjust, power folding, heated, puddle light, turn signal. Auto dimming? Is the specific part number correlate with a color (black in this case) or just the options? Essentially, I'm looking for a...

2013 Tahoe passenger side door handle cracked

I do think I remember some of the years were longer/shorter than others but I don't remember which.

2013 Tahoe passenger side door handle cracked

I think this may be the newest thread on this, but I need to fix my passenger side grab handle. I see that Dorman makes a replacement driver side, but not passenger side. Could possibly go with a new panel, but that's a few hundred bucks. The panels themselves are in good shape I just...

Code P2138, Reduced Engine Power and Water Intrusion

Essentially, it's unrelated...I think. About a year prior, it threw a code that lead me to replace the TPS. When this P2138 problem arose and I found frayed wires going to the pedal, I checked everything else and found some frayed wires under the hood to the TPS (and a couple others). After...

Code P2138, Reduced Engine Power and Water Intrusion

I installed a full throttle body that included the TPS. I assumed it was all good, I suppose it could have been installed incorrectly at AC Delco. Although when I did the throttle body relearn procedure, you could hear the throttle valve opening and closing. I'm beginning to thing that...

Code P2138, Reduced Engine Power and Water Intrusion

I have approximately 200K miles on my 2011 Yukon XL 2500 (6.0L/6L90E). As the title says, I'm getting a P2138 code with reduced engine power. I've seen a couple threads on this, most recently THIS ONE. For troubleshooting, I followed THIS video. Resistance was over 5Ω in both low reference...

Second and Third Row Fold Down Screens

I have the second and third row screens in my 2011 Yukon XL. I'm looking to upgrade the stereo, but it seems like incorporating them into the new system will be more hassle than it's worth. And, if anyone is watching something, it's on their own phone/tablet. So, I was thinking, without the...

    Rearview Mirror Power Adapter

I was hoping to power my dashcam off of the rearview mirror, but haven't been able to find an adapter for GM. Something like in the pic. I'd rather not run a wire down the A pillar. Any ideas?

    Replace Headliner...With Screens to Without

I was looking to upgrade the stereo and now that the kids are older and have their own devices, the small rear screens are kind of not necessary. I was thinking about replacing the headliner to one with just lights to remove the screens. Has anyone done this before? Wondering what brackets...

I wouldn't mind getting rid of the onstar crap on my mirror. Adding an integrated camera would be icing on the cake.

Lifts for 2500 Subs or Yukon XLs...what am I missing?

Ah, okay it all makes sense now. I think I remember reading something about the wheels going to metric in 2011 (along with other things). Must have been for the trucks. I appreciate it. BTW, I've read through your build thread. Very inspiring! Ours got downgraded from full time family...

Lifts for 2500 Subs or Yukon XLs...what am I missing?

When I look up lift kits and suspension pieces for my 2011 Yukon XL 2500, the choices seem very limited yet there are all kinds of options for the 2500 trucks. Are the front and rear suspensions so different that a truck kit (or parts) won't fit the SUV?

    Weird Power Window Problem

No, but just to confirm, I went ahead and reset it to factory settings and there was no change. Think it may have something to do with the body control module. I may take the switch from the front passenger side and swap it for one of the rears just to see if the problem remains.

    Weird Power Window Problem

This seems kind of odd... All of a sudden, I can only roll my rear windows down from their respective switches...they won't go up. But, they will both go up with the driver's switch. Normally, I would just figure that the switch is bad, but I find it odd that both rear door switches have...
