    I just had a "low oil" warning pop up on my yukon. I checked the oil and sure enough it's like an 8th of an inch from the bottom of the dip stick. My question is will it be fine for my wife to drive it into dealership tomorrow morning? We'll be putting about 25 miles on it to the dealership...

    True, when I pulled the code, I went with the most simple, cheapest solution. I ended up breaking the clip and making the whole thing more difficult than it needed to be.

    It ended up being the thermostat. It was stuck open and during the cold weather on the freeway, it would get so cold that it would send the system into panic mode where it shuts off the temp gauge and puts the fan to full speed
