    A big help would be to put a good bidirectional scanner on it and get the specific codes that are being thrown by the modules. Post them here and we can see if we have any suggestions.

    Going down a rabbit hole here, but an injector balance test with a scanner might show if there is uneven injector metering. That's maybe a ways away, though.

    Not sure how attempting to reprogram modules would fix circuit shorts or opens, as the Bxxxx codes indicate for the seat module. Those errors could be taking down the network hence the Uxxxx codes. You may be able to find detailed info about those codes online, or at https://lemon-manuals.la/.

    Which calipers are you looking at on RA? I don't recall Torx T55s being used on the caliper slide bolts; only on the bracket bolts. Seems like overkill; I may be wrong.

    You may want to use new o-rings on the injectors when you reassemble. Still need to determine if the alcohol percentage in the PCM matches the fuel that's being used.

    You can just use pliers with soft jaws to temporarily restrict it somewhat to see what happens. Don't collapse the hose but just squeeze it a bit. Hose pinch pliers would be good, or even a small spring clamp.

    Just be careful that the upgraded grounds are supplementing, not replacing (by function) the OE grounds. You don't want to create any ground loops.

    Acceleration hesitation

    Many inexpensive scanners (or OBD dongles and a phone app) will show you fuel trims. Check those and post up the short- and long-term trims for both banks. Also check the fuel alcohol percentage to see if it corresponds to the fuel you're using (e.g., E10 has up to 10% ethanol in it).
