    Are you sure the bearings are bottomed out on the install and the bearings are the correct application? It would help if you would supply Tahoe year and what rear axle/diff you have with what gears. C'mon man! We cannot see what you see.

    Likely the latch or something in the umbilical cord broken or rubbed thru. The connector at latch would be more suspect than the one at dash.
