    Interesting...you may be right but if they opened, it just happened I think. I heard from two different dealers that today/tomorrow things would officially open up for 2023's. Did your dealer say anything about pricing yet? I thought they had to have pricing before you got a confirmed order...

    Expedition vs Yukon

    Interesting...Yes, they would have to offer an XL version before I'd even consider it....also...don't these have solid rear axles? Not sure that's a good thing for everyday driving.

    Exactly where I'm at. I just can't get excited about the Expedition, as much as I might want to. And the diesel option really pushes the GM solution over the top....BTW, I just noticed only a 10 cent difference yesterday between regular and diesel at a local gas station.....

    Agreed. That is my plan....place an order for a 2023 Suburban and Yukon XL both as soon as pricing is confirmed and see which dealers are able to deliver. I will make sure I have maximum flexibility to cancel if needed. In this day and age we have to look out for ourselves.

    Yep exactly. It was a bright non-metallic red. I realize it might not be everyone's cup of tea (and not even sure my wife would go along with it)...but I always liked that color on a truck or suv :)

    The GMC dealer I am working with said the same thing--he could technically put in a 2023 order now, but since no pricing is available it is going to get kicked back anyway once pricing is established. So it sounds like I might as well wait until pricing is established.

    Wow....I just noticed my Suburban RST price went up $1600 from a couple days ago.....I guess this price increase is real? Are they doing this so they can say there is no 2023 price increase..or will they increase even more?

    Agree 100% with this. My current vehicle is a Subaru Ascent and we haven't had a single problem with it but I just need more room. Right now the Suburban/Yukon XL is the best choice right now and is priced very competitively compared to the other options....really hoping that doesn't change...

    Are you guys seeing this on "Build and Price"? I'm not seeing any price differences for either my Suburban or Yukon XL builds, but maybe they just haven't rolled it out to all regions yet. That would be quite a sizable price increase right before the new model year if true....

    I don't believe the 2023 SUV's will be getting the new LZ0 diesel. The LZ0 is only going into the pickup trucks for 2023. Even the GMC Denali Ultimate recently announced only talks about the LM2 engine, and I doubt they'd have different diesels within the same model line. From GM Authority...

    Yukon Denali packages not being manufactured until mid to late March may be time to jump ship

    I kind of agree with most comments here...Denali looks the best but I just don't want to spend that much. I actually think the Yukon SLT looks pretty good in black and while it probably has more chrome than some people prefer, I just like the grill better than the standard Tahoe grill...
