    yea i tried my local dealer they wanted $140 each hey carcrz your prett sick at custom stuff why not try to fierglass the stock vents smooth. i think im gonna go that route rather than spending 1$60 for a par that dont fit right or almost $300 on new esky's

    thanks i stripped all the oringal paint off then began dry sanding with 180 and 220. then wetsanded with 400, 600, 800, 1000, then polished with my buffer and 3m compound. there are other ways of doing this. try to google polished aluminum to get more techniques. ....today i washed the beast

    Cool deal go for it and post pics... Chrome might be a better option though. Keeping the shine can be a pain in the ass.
