Blacked out Champagne

So as many of yall know my tahoe has been hyjacked for the past 5.5 weeks by the slacker body shop after my rear wheel came off on the interstate..

So this morning i got my girl back fresh paint and beggin for some upgrades..

Added a set of dark 5% slim line in channel window vents to help with this crazy heat..
and smoked the tails.. more to come..

remove mask and apply 2nd / 1st to reverse

all done have to shoot the clear in the morning then wet sand and polish and wax.. re install

3 coats of clear. Ran out of clear. Wtf. 4 or so more coats tonight when it cools off too humid to spray right now. I shot at 7:45am this morning was 81. Then wet sand and polish.

last couple coats this evening after the humidity droped to a safe level. wet sand in the morning and install. so ready to see the final outcome..

I had to run to the next town and pick out furniture today and ended up chilling at the inlaws all day and installing an iphone mount for the wife. she would not shut up so i had to go to best buy and get a Griffin mount for her Element to make her happy..

yea i know milked it a tad. ran out of clear. after store closed last night.. and bussy all day today.. she will be done early tomorrow morning. was not in any real hurry either..

OK guys bright and early as i always rise. delayed my morning run to wet sand 2,000 and 3,000 grit.. then compound and wax.. IM happy.. no more milky taillights.. so glad i didnt go with 3 coats i think that would have been too dark
