Yeah.
In hind sight, I should have gotten the diesel. None of the squeaking, chirping, rattle, bumping, or whatever GM says is normal for the 6.2.
Lucky ones are the ones getting the 2024 diesel with the refreshed engine.

Does the factory treat or coat the windshield on a new car?
Is this something that doesn't get done when replacing a windshield, but does get done at the factory in a new build?
So this is marking/label on the bottom left corner of my windshield 2023 Tahoe now.
I never thought to check the label on the previous glass because I assumed Safelite was going to use the an OEM.
So it may very well be OEM. I have nothing to compare.
I was told that since I have Super...
So you all think that this is just a matter of the glass being dirty and needing cleaning, and not a matter of poor quality glass? Defective glass? Or an improper install?
I KNOW I sound crazy.
But there's something wrong with this glass or wipers on this 2023.
As I mentioned, the glass was replaced. At 3k miles.
The original 3k old wipers started judder and jumping as soon as they cross the drivers side eye level sections. Basically directly above the HUD...
No. They run through the fire wall.
One them so mounted at the top of the firewall.
The other you can clear see with the hood open. It's a circular plastic gastric the penetrates the fire wall right where the glove box is.
So I'm a little confused.
My job site just got (5) 2022 Tahoe's in and the turn signal bulbs are LEDs.
Attached are pictures of my halogen orange bulbs on my 2023 and their LED on the 2022.
Did GM have LED bulbs planned for the Tahoe/Suburbans and then remove them on 2023?
Thanks. I'm swapping them today and hopefully it'll rain this weekend.
I can't imagine Safelite did anything to damage the wiper motor or the OEM glass is defective somehow.
Just odd the wipers on the Tahoe had 3000 miles on them and didn't judder for the first 3000 miles even with a crack in...
The install looks new. I can't find anything misaligned or incorrect. Not even a clip missing.
Odd the wipers would be bad at 3k miles.
But I'll swap them.
It's an OEM windshield, I just wonder if they had some type of film or something on them.
Both directions.
When I use the washer fluid, it works for the first few swipes, then it starts juddering from small jumps to big jumps.
During rain it judders nonstop unless on high speed.
Had anyone had their wipers start juddering after they had their windshield replaced?
Replaced the windshield with only 3000 miles on it at Safelite.
It legitimately a GM OEM windshield, which was required because of the Super Cruise.
The wipers only have 3000 miles on them, so can't imagine...
It's definitely coming from behind the glove box. Someone told me there's a bulliten stating that there's a rattle caused in the passenger side fire wall from a plastic cable harness thing.
It's happens at highway speeds over 80 and it's especially loud when there's a cross wind hitting the...
Has anyone else with 21+ had a rattle/wind noise coming from the bottom of the passenger side A-pillar or behind the glove box or the passenger side firewall area at highway speeds of 80 mph or above?
So that rumble/shutter in the 30 mph range, which is worse when cruising at 40+ and you drop below 30 and slowly speed back up, is the transmission valve body.
The dealership spent 2 mins with it and said it's a known issue and that there's already a new redesigned valve body for the 21-23...
The only light I really care about the reverse bulb. It looks like trash. The light being is emitted is dim and doesn't illuminate anything behind the truck.
Additionally, GM made every light in this truck white with the exception of the reverse light which is yellow halogen. It looks awkward...
