Thank you! Actually, there is very little play side to side. No rattles at all. Just delayed engagement. I will probably get my snake camera out and try to get a better look. Thank you again. BTW, yes, replacing that pivot bushing would be a MASSIVE PITA!! -

I have a lot of slop in the power adjustable brake mechanism on my 2005 Tahoe. While researching it, I came across a web site that sells brass gears to replace the plastic gears in the power adjustable drive for the rear brake. Lesson learned. The aftermarket brackets are junk. The nuts that are welded to the brackets are not offset like OEM and the bracket they are welded to was welded crooked on the main bracket. -
