    2013 Suburban LTZ...LED lights. arrrggg....

Thanks brother. Yep, I hear the clicking and figured there's a relay under the dash somewhere! LOL If I can lower the volume as you said that will probably be fine...but at its current volume it drives me crazy.

    2013 Suburban LTZ...LED lights. arrrggg....

I agree but going to HIDs and all that goes with it was no option. The high beams are much better than stock but the beam and distance on these low beams sucks. Now I am told that the 4 sided LED bulbs address the beam and shadows or brightness???? What a PITA this has become. Thanks

    2013 Suburban LTZ...LED lights. arrrggg....

The entire daytime run lamp bulb goes on and after several minutes will turn off and less than a minute go back on for over a minute. So they each do this and it looks like it is blinking however very slowly. The turn signal I understand needs a resistor or an LED relay that will not hyper...

    2013 Suburban LTZ...LED lights. arrrggg....

2013 Suburban LTZ. Wanted to upgrade to LEDs. Kinda regretting it. I bought new stock type housings/lens. LEDs don't work great in projector headlight housings and I did not want to go HID. So stock type housing and LED bulbs. Color looks great but low beams are not brighter as in down the road...

210K miles on 2008 Tahoe. Replacing O2 sensors

They should be changed at 100K. Yes expensive but your paying for it in fuel. Also if out of spec they can hurt your cats. Which of course is more expensive. I just did all 4 on mine at 94K as 1 was bad. I too bought from rock auto and bought AC Delco. Happy I did. They have the exact length...

    New Mileage Record?

I paid 20K for an LTZ 2wd with 94K on her. Granted it was a diamond, one owner, Fla truck, with service records since new. Needed a little maintenance and love. Carpet was trashed from kids and needed o2 sensors and tires. But I was happy to pay for how well it was taken care of. Since then I...

    New battery cable install

I plan on replacing all my power cables also to a larger gauge with more strands. That one wire that goes under the radiator hose grounds on the radiator support from what I saw.

    2013 Suburban..Steering wheel compatibility question

Well the headlights and all led lights came yesterday and that is the next project. Pulling the front bumper is my present roadblock. Yes, the dash needs to be done but that cracked piece doesn't connect or move, like as if the ac duct under it is pushing up?? We will see.

    2013 Suburban..Steering wheel compatibility question

And the winner is ......... Mr. Fuller!!!!!!....and me. Received the new wheel yesterday. Brand new with the plastic on the wheel! I completely stripped everything from my wheel and transferred it over to the new wheel. I didn't want to use the new cruise button w/o heat as I was worried about...

    2013 Suburban..Steering wheel compatibility question

Thanks brother. I guess I should have mentioned the part#? From what I looked up with my option codes and truck it was #22947800. Some dealers still show it but when you call its discontinued. I ordered it on Rockauto also and as soon as you go to pay it gets removed from the cart as no longer...

    2013 Suburban..Steering wheel compatibility question

Hey guys, hoping someone can answer this. I have a 2013 suburban LTZ. It has cashmere colored steering wheel that is heated. Needs replacement. The GM wheel is being discontinued and I cannot find a 'new' wheel anywhere. Also the clock spring seems to be a specific model number if you have a...

We have a 15 Suburban, I'd like a 13-14 Escalade, What do you think?

This right here is very true!!! ^^^^^The new trucks do handle well at speed and tow well...but ride terrible in comparison to a 2012 or 2014. My '17 Denali rode hard. I used to call it a tight ride, but it was harsh. Not plush at all. I am certain it was intentionally designed that way but it is...

We have a 15 Suburban, I'd like a 13-14 Escalade, What do you think?

Thats what I did. I had a 2015 Denali XL and a 2017 Denali XL...........Too many issues for that price point. I never had any issues worth mentioning with 2007-2014 generation prior. So after 2 duds I bought a 2013 suburban LTZ and couldn't be happier. Buy the newest you can from a southern...

Thinking of a newer SUV...a little help please?

I agree w/ above but in my own search did 2012-2014. There are a lot fewer 2014's for sale, they are a harder find. As Phil said I would not look at anything above SC personally. I am over the moon with my recent purchase a 2013 LTZ suburban Florida 1 owner w/ service records. Paid 19K .Car is...

Dash Cam : Your Install and Lessons Learned

I live in Florida and any camera that has a battery can't be considered. You need models with capacitors. Some say super capacitors. Batteries won't last and will bulge open. That new Viofo is a capacitor camera I believe.

ALC, AutoLevel, Autoride, Magnaride, Premium Ride

Don't waste your time disconnecting it....it will still ride very tight. The spring rate is just high. As posted above Fox is a fantastic shock and properly picked can have a great ride, if you also change the springs. Fox makes the shocks for the Raptor. But they also have the correct spring...

2020 Yukon Denali..Fuel miles per gallon

Your not broken in yet. My best mileage started after 5000 miles. I had a 2017 Denali which had the 8 speed and routinely got 21-23 mpg at 80 mph on the highway. I have gotten higher but it took some effort. If your all stock with tires and suspensions, check your air pressures, premium fuel...

ALC, AutoLevel, Autoride, Magnaride, Premium Ride

Thats the way they are and designed. I had a 2015 Denali XL and a 2017 Denali XL. The '15 was a dump truck, the '17 was better but just NOT a nice ride. Dealer explained to me they were designed that way to lower their rollover rate. Well I can agree that it was fast as hell and handled turns...

    2011 Yukon..Transmission shot... worth replacing?

I understand why people do this lamenting because your adding value to something that you feel isn't worth that much. BUT add 3-4 NEW car payments up. Then imagine having to continue that car payment for 60-72 months! So in other words it is worth it to YOU to fix this truck and NOT have that...

Drive Belt Tensioner Noisy. Replace Whole Unit or Just Pulley?

I just did mine not long ago. It's a pretty easy straight forward job. You know that AC belt will go on the hottest day of the year right?? LOL I did the tensioner pulley, pulley, serp and AC belt, less than an hour. Youtube is your friend if you have the stretch AC belt. Zip tie or tool takes 5...
