Hello All... from South Ga

Quick question... just bought the wife a 17 Yukon Denali... battery keeps dying... checked with local auto chain store and was assured starter battery and alternator are working fine... brand new battery drains in a night... any ideas what this could be... I myself am leaning toward the BCM... but I dont know if there should be other things happening as well... any feedback or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

A parasitic draw, duh!

Why suspect the BCM? Don't guess, test. Put a capable ammeter inline with the battery circuit, run a parasitic draw test by measuring the voltage across the fuses, use an infrared camera to see what's staying on, etc.
