Well I broke down and took it to a local mechanic that a guy from work knew and he said it was the ignition timing. He said with an older truck with high miles the timing chain gets stretched out and the computer has to relearn the timing so He hooked up his computer and ten minutes later it was...
I am going to do a pressure test this weekend. The guy I bought it from said he changed the fuel pump but that doesnt mean it couldn't go. Also my fuel gauge is messed up. It went way pass full and is at the bottom. Thank you for all the help.
Ok here is the obd data at idle. Also the p0172 and p0175 came back along with p0300. Also if you think it is the fuel injector what make do you think I should put in and since i am replacing stuff should i also replace the fuel regulator. Motor has a 157000 on it. Thanks

I have a 2003 tahoe z71 with a 5.3l motor not flex. I got these 2 codes (p0172 and p0175) so i figured it was the MAF sensor. I read a article that said if you unplug the sensor and the truck stalls the MAF sensor is ok, if the truck keeps running then your MAF sensor is bad. So i unplugged the...
