I really like how those Edelbrocks are made.
Crushing the primary tubes in half before they go into collectors, and having the area around the bolt holes hanging out into the tube will do wonders for performance....no wonder they're shutting down the exhaust side of the company.
It doesn't get any more bolt on than that. Drilling/tapping a couple holes, soldering the wiring for the injectors and plumbing the fuel lines isn't difficult. Dollar spent vs HP gained isn't worth it on a stock engine IMO. CAI isn't worth it either. Factory design is sealed and the same as used...
On the intake manifold you be the judge, it's not designed for performance with all that stuff under the plenum.
Pics in this thread of the 1/2 ton exhaust like our SUVs have vs the 3/4 ton trucks, same 5.7 engine. Single 3.5" would be fine IMO. I run dual 2.5" (not mandrel bent...
5600 RPM depending on how accurate the stock tach is. Factory programming has the trans shifting before then, not making any power that high with the stock cam anyways.
My experience is zero and zero, or so small I can't feel it. If it makes a difference it's because one of the components is...
You'll need the 4 door specific torsion bar crossmember drop brackets and the extended rear sway bar links if you want to keep it. (bottom of page)

I've not personally done it but the 6 lug unit bearing hubs that we have fit the 94-98 8 lug Dodge solid axles. Search for threads by Norcal4x4 on FSC and lumpdog on Pirate4x4 to confirm.
I know that's the opposite of what you want but that would mean the 8 lug Dodge hubs should work with...
Center to center from the u joints on mine is 41 1/8". Originally a small block, 4L60e, NP243 transfer case, 10 bolt rear.
Probably know this already but if the truck has a 4L80e it will probably have a SF 14 bolt or FF 14 rear, so you would have to get a conversion u joint for it to be a...
The 4 doors have the same wheelbase as reg. cabs @ 117.5" and the 2 doors are 6" shorter. Given these years are all pretty much the same from the tailhousing forward, one from a 4L80e equipped regular cab (trans is ~2.5" longer) would probably get you close.
I'll get you a measurement...
