    Lifter replacement?

    My 2015 Yukon with 80k miles started making a clicking sound from the engine. The dealership is saying the lifters need to be replaced and it will cost $4,100. Is this reasonable? I don't know what to do. I hate to put $4k into this car but you can't find a new one out there.

    The car won't turn off/on

    I got out of the car with the key before turning it off. Now the car is in this limbo where all of the electronics are on, but the engine is off. It won't let me turn the car on or off by pushing the start button. What can I try to reset the car? Thanks Edit - solved by pushing the office...

    Can someone please tell me if my economics seem correct? I am thinking I could sell my 2015 Yukon Denali with 70,000 miles for approximately $40,000. (Dealership offered me $32,000). and buy a new one from Laura for approximately $80,000 for a delta of $40,000. Is that about right?

    Is Laura GMC still the best price around? I compared them to my local dealership and they weren't any better. In 2015 they were a lot cheaper.

    I backed into my inlaws' car and my right rear bumper separated from the panel above it. Seems to me that the bumper needs to be taken off and the clips replaced? I plan on taking it to my dealership for a quote but if they are too high I will just take it to an independent body shop. Thoughts...

    Are those a 3rd party brand shock? I found the OEM online for $350 after the dealership charged me $650. I wonder if there is any way I can call in after the fact and ask them to price match?

    I took my 2015 Yukon denali in for service at 52,000 miles and they said one of my shocks was leaking and quoted me approximately $950 plus tax to replace it. He said he would expect my other three to fail in the next 6-12 months.... I definitely didn’t expect this.

    Prices Paid

    My Dad bought a Tahoe LT for 20% off MSRP. It was hail damaged but the dealership is going to fix the damage for free. I think it was around 66k MSRP and he paid $52800.
