Same issue i had. I installed transgo 4l60e shift kit. I think you can also get just the iso conversion valve. Fixed my issue, no more ossilation issue in 4th or 3rd gear from the torque converter engaging and disengaging.
Okay all done with the kit, so far I'm pleased with the results. The 1-2 shift is firm at all rpm shifts. When WOT it will toss you to the back of the seat. I would probably leave it the stock hole size if I ever did it again. Here is the link to the video I made. Hope it's useful for someone...
Well on my way to installing this kit. Ordered the pin-less accumulators for the 3 and 4 accumulators to replace the plastic ones. waiting on the numbered drill kit to arrive for drilling the separator plate. I have been doing a video and will edit it and post up when completed.
Just received the transgo sk-4l60e install kit in the mail and plan to work on it once the corvette servo and alum piston arrive next week. My question is that some say not to touch the accumulator components. Is that just in reference to the 1-2 accum or it plus the 4th accum? The main goal i'm...
I have set the valve lash and it has quited down some of the chatter i was getting. Here is another sound clip of the noise im hearing. Any thoughts?

I need an exhaust flange gasket with the three bolt holes but with 2 2.56 in ports. I have a gibson y pipe going into a dynomax muffler. The stock gasket 2.56 and a 2.75 inch holes keeps blowing out. I believe this to be the 2.75 in cutout is way to big for the 2.56 in holes its trying to...

I'll pull the covers off not this weekend but the following one and shoot a video of it. I'm getting a noise on the driver side, ticking sound. How much oil should i see flying around in the valve cover when looking in through the oil fill hole?
The engine is new so I never did a compression test. Guess i could to rule out any issues with it. The intake doesnt appear to have any leaks. I have sprayed carb cleaner around the intake mateing surface and everything seem tight.
Here is what i have as of now. I replaced the cap and rotor with ACDelco ones. Im still getting the misfires over a few different cylinders. I have attached some pics from the scanner showing the misfire results. The plugs are ACDelco 41-993. Would or could the Electronic Spark Controller...
Okay played like hell but i got the dam assembly out. Here are 2 pics of the evap and evap assembly. How the hell do they got all this crap in there? Im glad i got it out and didnt give up, as dirty it was in there. I hope i get it all back and working.....hahaha....
Am i pulling the assembly up and out or down and out? How far does the dash roll up? I have it a few inches rolled back but seems to be hitting the steering wheel.
Okay, I'm trying to get the evap out have all kinds of things pulled apart and still unable to pull the evap and housing out. Is there a bolt on the inside below the windshield? I removed all from the engine side firewall. Also do i need to pull the steering wheel out? I have it all loose...
