Update
Picked up the truck and it is not making the noise I heard when I first picked it up. Not sure what is going on here. They said what they thought it was a lifter or can shaft. Still going to get a second opinion from my local shop.
Picking the truck up later today. They said it is coming from the engine so to diagnose the problem they would need to drop the engine at a cost of $2100.00. I'll take it to a local mechanic who used to work on my older cars for a second opinion.

Went to dealer because I thought it was BCM again and they would fix for free. If I factor in cost of another tow and the rental I got it ends up close to what they want. Gonna try to get them to cut me a deal.
