I have the Michelin Cross Climate 2 in Load E on my 3500HD. After 6K miles I have zero complaints on dry/wet/snow. Not great on ice but...

They should fit fine. They are .5"-1" taller then stock tire depending on the brand of tire you get all can vary in size alittle ...
