Do you want your 2022 Tahoe being kept as police version or being converted back to civilian version?
There are quite jobs involved to switch back to civilian version.
There are 3 items to verify your Tahoe being a PPV or not.
1) Check glove box Pro-Code stick, should be "9C1" there.
2) Check front brake caliper, should be a 6-piston Brembo caliper.
3) Check driver-side cargo area, should be an Aux battery there.

No need removing wheel fender, just remove the tire, use spark plug socket, plus regular 3/8 ratchet, and slightly bend A/C accumulator heat shield, the job can be done.
Should be an easy job. Using an offset wrench and a crescent wrench to get job done.

For your 2011 application, AGM battery was NOT from factory as OEM equipment. The charging system did NOT meet AGM battery charge requirement. So, the AGM battery performance benefit and life-span were 100% granted.
Started 2021, Tahoe PPV has factory installed AGM battery.

Other Brembos' caliper have NO "cross member", after pads clip (hardware) being removed, the pads can be removed.
