Some poor sap wrecked a really sweet Denali. I got a mint door off of it from the yard on Gratiot and 25 Mile. I'd like to get the section I need off of it but they wanted $350-$400 for labor to cut it out. Wanted to sell me the whole quarter panel with the window. I don't need all that crap...
It's rotting from the tire side in. I could probably put a screwdriver thru it in several places there. my buddy that did the conversion work said the whole area needs to be replaced.

BTW, The Escalakon is sitting in my neighbors garage. Waxed detailed and covered. Hasn't been out in a month or so. I'll be driving it again this weekend for a while. Still nothing on the tail-lights.
Also, The Esky cluster has a 120 mph speedo (or is it 140Hmmm). Anyway, I did mine and switched all the guts to keep the actual truck mileage. Unfortunately the speedo was way off so I had to tear it all apart and put all the Caddy stuff back in. Photos...
