    Another guy I work with had a Bluetooth scanner that does the 2 way communication. Looked it up with his app and it showed it. What the gauge is reading is the same as the sensor. I’m going to get a mechanical gauge hooked up to make sure.

    I’ve done since thrown it away. Very thin flakes. Similar to this photo According to the internet for ac delco p46e it does have anti drain back. I seen a couple flakes inside the big hole when I looked in it.

    Replaced the starter. Sweated my ass off in the driveway. But changing the starter was a breeze on this thing compared years ago on my 94 s10 blazer. Since it was 4wd shit was in the way. Took forever fighting it out. Also found my slight exhaust leak.

    Put new battery in. Found new problem. The starter gear is floating around and rattling. Can’t catch a break this week. Anyone know if you can repair it instead of replacing the whole starter.

    Interstate agm and don’t know came with the vehicle. If I were to guess over 3 years. They didn’t mark out the date indicator sticker go figure. They were good. Couldn’t get the battery to charge up with putting the clips directly to the posts.

    when I grenaded the one in my old Silverado My ptsd kicked in anytime it would lock up after getting a new one installed.
